I think that the government must definitely need to have solution for it. I also think that we must definitely need to have more knowledge about it to know more what to do to handle it.

I think that it is really better to avoid debts especially the students. Debt can definitely affect financial status of a person so we must really have to avoid it. Thanks for sharing this article.

I have a British student loan – 17 years after graduating my payments aren’t exceeding the interest being charged, even though I pay up every month. My loan has now just been sold by the SLC to an investment company and I received a letter informing me that that is that. I actually have no issue with contributing to the cost of the education I received, but my big question now is – why would an investment company want to take on my loan? The only motivation I can think of must be profit. So, this changes the fundamental nature of the contract I signed at age 18. I signed to one set of terms and conditions and thought the other party in the deal was an elected government. These terms have been changed mid-contract. I am highly suspicious of the reasons why this company wants my loan. I’ve written to my MP – no response, the Labour Party (who did respond with their policy statement), but no-one has managed to explain why this company wants my loan unless they are planning to extract money from me in the future in a way which breaks the terms of my contract. It is worrying and the effect is enslaving.

This has been the lynch-pin of the success of Man as a species.
Today, in a World where everything is commodified (including love, art and respect) we sell it to them.
It will not end well.
