Having managed to re-buff the efforts a couple of years ago, I found myself unfortunately back at JWP, all was good for 12 months a series of different advisors were happy with the multipage job search evidence I provided, then my work coach was off sick. Similar story to above barked out name, rude from the start, 1st question was what is your UJ number when finding I didnt use it, the quotes were why not its mandatory (repeated several times), after a few minutes of this insistence it was mandatory I asked her to give me the reference for any legislation that made it so. The sign-on period ended with her saying she would talk with my Job Coach. Unfortunately due to my work coach being off on leave for the next scheduled sign on date, this rude employee has booked me in to see herself for that appointment. So I know I am going to have to go through it all again tomorrow.

Ive asked the questions but get no answers even the letters have no name on them and the phone no to contact is never answered just cramp music costing more money, how are a family with children supposed to survive for six weeks with no money coming into the home .Did our fathers really fight a war to make things better for the normal people of this country.

I too have fallen victim to this mandatory nonsense at the job centre universal jobs that seem to go forever that most are put on by agencies and the vacancies I feel are bogus or have already gone and most of the sites require information before you can search for a job after filling in details jobs don’t materialise I feel they are added just to give credence to the job sight to make it look like there are jobs. you are bullied and carolled into joining these sights and told it is mandatory to look on these sights and I truly question how genuine these sights are and had fully expected the government sight to have been secure and to be abiding to information safety regulations it appears not. I am concerned that details are being stolen to accommodate immigrants wanting to work within the country legally who is monitoring these sight no one it seems. I am amazed on how little the job centre do for the money they are earning perhaps they should make them all redundant and make a few more cuts
